The FBE in its Spring Congress in Bern, and Annual General Meeting on 31 May 2025, declares its support for lawyers at risk.

During the last 12 months the Human Rights Commission has supported lawyers in Colombia, Iran, Tunisia, Turkey and especially the Istanbul Bar Association, (member of the FBE), and lawyers in Ukraine.

We resolve to continue this support and call upon all our FBE member bars to join with us in supporting lawyers at risk.
