Digitalising European Uncontested Claims Enforcement
How to Enforce Your Judgment in Another EU Country
Practical Challenges and Digital Solutions
The Fédération des Barreaux d’Europe warmly invites lawyers from FBE member bars to participate in an online webinar devoted to the practical aspects of cross-border enforcement of judgments within the European Union.
Although EU instruments governing enforcement are well established, their application in practice continues to raise significant legal and procedural challenges. This webinar will focus on real-life enforcement issues, highlight key procedural steps, and present digital solutions designed to facilitate effective enforcement across borders.
A dedicated part of the webinar will include a presentation and short demonstration of the DEUCE IT platform, developed within the DEUCE Project to support the digitalisation of European uncontested claims enforcement.
The event will conclude with an interactive discussion and Q&A session, offering participants the opportunity to raise concrete questions and exchange professional experience.
The webinar is free of charge for lawyers from FBE member bars.
