We are pleased to announce the third edition of the “FBE ADR Awards”, a creation driven by the FBE Mediation Commission, in order to further promote the recognition that the institution of Mediation so greatly deserves, the excellent work that the professional mediators accomplish on a daily basis and the importance of Mediation as an alternative way to resolve a wide variety of conflicts.
This year, we will honor the “Best Mediation Publication”, driven by a member of your Bar Association, which covers the growth and impact of ADR in our society.
The objective is to promote, recognize and disseminate the originality, innovation, theoretical progress and applicability of the best theoretical research in this field carried out in your country.
We are sending you the rules of this Award.
The Award Ceremony will be held at the General Assembly to be held in Frankfurt on the 27th of September, on the occasion of the FBE Congress. We encourage you to propose us the publications that could be recognized with this Award. Please complete the attached form and return it by September 5, 2025 to fbe@icab.cat
